SHEET METAL CIRCLE CUTTER PLANS
Circle cutters should be as important to anyone involved in the cutting and fabrication of sheet metal as a guillotine, rotary shears, pan brake or sheet metal rolls. Laser cutting of circles is available now, but there is nothing like the ability to cut your own circles “in house”, be it only one, six or many hundreds. The cutting rate when set for multiple circles is well in excess of one hundred per hour.
The circle cutter illustrated here is well designed and of rugged construction to give years of trouble free cutting. Both cutting shafts and pressure pads have bearings.
As with all other PLANS from”machineryplans”, full working drawings are supplied with all components and assemblies drawn, plus photos and seven pages of detailed data covering machining hints, assembly and use of circle cutter.
